Ponchatoula Habanero

This is such a fun Hot Sauce.  This Hot Sauce is made from Ponchatoula Strawberries at their Ripest and Habaneros.  It's Fruity on the front end, and Warm on the back.  If there was ever going to be a Hot Sauce to put on Ice Cream, this would be it.
