Satsuma Habanero Marmalade

This the perfect xmas Marmalade.  Sweet, local Satsumas with the warmth of Habaneros.  It's amazing on toast.  It's fantabulous with Rangoons.  It also can be used to make some stupendous Chicken Wings.  It's so good, we might just squirrel away a few jars just for ourselves.
